STORY: After embezzling money from her boss, Marion Crane (Janet Leigh) goes to a secluded hotel occupied by its disturbed manager, Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins), and his mother. What she discovers is far more terrifying than being caught by her boss.
GAYNESS: Norman Bates has split personalities in which he crossdresses as his mother to kill. Bates is portrayed by gay actor, Anthony Perkins, although he wasn't out at the time.
